Just as little is right the good without welfare (<em>fiat iustitia<\/em> ought not to have <em>pereat mundus<\/em> as its consequence). The good, thus, as the necessity to be actual through the particular will, and at the same time as the substance of that will, has <em>absolute right<\/em> over against the abstract right of property and the particular purposes of welfare.
