The Administration of Justice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <em>relative<\/em> [character] of the reciprocal relation of needs and of labour for them has, at first, its <em>reflection into itself<\/em> in infinite personality in general &mdash; in <em>abstract right<\/em>. But it is this sphere of the relative, as <em>culture<\/em>, itself, which gives to right its <em>existence<\/em>: to be <em>universally recognized<\/em>, <em>known<\/em>, and <em>willed<\/em>, and, mediated through this being-known and being-willed, to have validity and objective actuality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It belongs to culture, to <em>thought<\/em> as the consciousness of the individual in the form of universality, that I be conceived as a <em>universal person<\/em>, in which respect <em>all<\/em> are identical. The <em>human being counts<\/em>, thus, <em>because he is a human being<\/em>, not because he is a Jew, Catholic, Protestant, German, Italian, and so on. This consciousness, to which <em>thought<\/em> counts, is of infinite importance &mdash; deficient only when it fixes itself, say, as <em>cosmopolitanism<\/em>, in opposition to concrete life in the state.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B.
