But right, <em>as actual within particularity<\/em>, contains, as well, both that <em>contingencies<\/em> affecting this or that purpose be <em>superseded<\/em>, and the <em>undisturbed security<\/em> of <em>person<\/em> and <em>property<\/em> be brought about, and also that the <em>securing<\/em> of the subsistence and welfare of individuals &mdash; that <em>particular welfare<\/em> &mdash; be <em>treated as a right<\/em> and <em>actualized<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C.
