The Power of the Crown<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The power of the crown itself contains within it the three moments of the totality (<a href=\"https:\/\/grundlinien.de\/en\/272\/\">\u00a7 272<\/a>): the <em>universality<\/em> of the constitution and the laws; deliberation as the referring of the <em>particular<\/em> to the universal; and the moment of ultimate <em>decision<\/em>, as <em>self-determination<\/em>, into which everything else reverts and from which it takes the beginning of its actuality.
