    Daily needs are countless, and they hang closely together. Everyone relies on getting what he needs.

    What comes from this?

    Some things concern everyone together. And some things one person can do for all. We need facilities that everyone uses. Roads, bridges, street lights, markets.

    Who takes care of this?

    Such tasks and facilities need the oversight and care of the public power. No single person can do this alone.

    Summary: From needs that hang together come shared tasks and facilities. The public power must take care of them.
